Architectural Projects

Our architectural division has produced and installed thousands of projects including millions of square feet of material. In addition to ACM, McDougall also offers architectural foam panel systems, louvers, sunshades, aluminum plate panels systems, stainless steel panel systems, column covers, single skin profile architectural panel systems, PVC film, and terra cotta tile rainscreen systems. Some of the most recognizable structures in the country are in our jobs portfolio – Spaceship Earth at EPCOT in Disneyworld, the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh, the University of Alaska at Fairbanks’ Museum of the North and FedEx Forum in Memphis are just a few of the spectacular structures that showcase our work.

McDougall's historic ACM panel work is featured on a recent episode of the History Channel's "Modern Marvels" examining Walt Disney World. The episode features a detailed look at Spaceship Earth in EPCOT, the exterior of which we fabricated from Alucobond panels. As one of our first major projects after taking on the fairly new product in the late 70s, we are proud to have been a part of this historical construction.
